Structure

The head of the CDETO is responsible to the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs of the HKSAR Government. His designation is Director, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Chengdu. He is the HKSAR's principal representative on matters relating to economic and trade cooperation with the five provinces of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and Shaanxi and the Municipality of Chongqing.
